Line Management Skills for Better Team Performance
What are the things that you do every day to nurture, grow and develop your team so that they are able to do great work? How well do you know your people?
Would you like to understand more about yourself as a leader, what motivates you, why some things work for you and other things do not. What would it be like if you knew how to get the more from your people without overloading them, to be comfortable with having meaningful performance conversations, to actually look forward to doing an appraisal and know that your team member will enjoy it too.
Our programme helps line mangers to get good at the soft skills areas of managing people and their performance.
What you’ll experience:
Get your CORE success profile and feedback
Personal and team review before and after the programme
4 sessions x 4 hours duration with 3 x 2 hour review sessions
Half hour coaching and support in between sessions
Support for 6 months post completion
Action plan after each session
Ongoing results check after each session
Maximum of 8 participants
